“We wanted to take the time to thank everyone for your patience and support over the last 3+ years as we dealt with the constant and ever-changing times of the COVID-19 pandemic. We remain dedicated to keeping in communication with all of our residents, their loved ones, and our communities. We take pride in caring about those we care for. As many of you may know, the Public Health Emergency (PHE) officially ended on May 11th. With the end of this time period, as a dedicated healthcare provider, we again are faced with ensuring that we follow all guidance and regulations given to us by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We have spent time with our industry leaders, colleagues and company leadership to ensure the new policies/processes being implemented balance the CMS/CDC changes with continued focus on the health and safety of our residents and staff.

We assure you that our dedication to our residents/staff has been and will always be to remain steadfast in all core principles of infection control and prevention within our center. We wanted to share some areas that you may soon see changes within our center as it relates to some of the previous practices that were in place during the PHE. . Below is a list of some of these key areas:.

1. Masking requirements for residents, staff and visitors
2. The reporting of overall COVID-19 cases within the center
3. Our facility Website COVID-19 section
4. COVID-19 testing protocols and time frames
5. COVID-19 vaccination rules and guidelines for residents and staff
6. Education for residents, staff and visitors

We know that these times have been challenging for many but we hope that our constant communication has been a source of comfort for you or your loved one. If you have specific questions as it relates to any of the changes that you may see within the center, noted above, or want additional information please reach out to our facility management. And again, thank you for your dedication and patience to us during these ever-changing times.
